Our book is enormous and it seems like our leader is constantly putting in new tunes that are not numbered, so he calls a tune then says "unnumbered in the front" telling us to look for the tune in the front of the book. I thought I'd confuse the issue by calling this shuffle blues tune "Unnumbered in the Front. " The solos are in the alto sax and tenor sax part with a piano. guitar solo at the beginning. This shuffle could add just the right amount of attitude to any jazz band concert.
