Lletres: Nico Liebe. Depsychling (A Poetical Adventure). Epilogue: Doomed.

Just sitting in a diner
with a girl he doesn?t know
he loves the food from china
but now he would rather go

he needs some inspiration
just before it is too late
well, it?s a lose-lose-situation
and a terrible blind date

she reminds him of his mother
and the things he doesn?t like
so he?s talking bout his brother
and his very boring life

but then she starts to whisper
?I know your rotten side?
and he could feel a kiss where
the links were tried to hide

?I saw your perfect demons
playin with your soul?
and although he was not dreamin
he played a dreamer?s role

her eyes were softly gleaming
he faked a perfect smile
and an interesting evening
appeared for a while

?let me guess: you?re crazy
and you forgot your pills?
she said:?your brain got lazy
cause they broke your will

they?re up to no good, you idiot
they?re foolin with your soul
you feel connected with their spirit
but you?re diggin in a hole?

his smile was slowly fadin
- she knows about my work? ?
he got lost in hesitation
while she was speaking in his words

?I found your infected poems
in the world wide web?
and then she did show him
the results of her own trap

?at first you?re only readin
what they?re writing down
but then your world starts bleedin
so take off their cursed crown?

?well, I am just a writer
dealin with some lines
and, ok, I got excited
but all these words are mine?

?did you ever read your writings
really carefully?
they reflect your useless fighting
just read and you will see?

?and who are you? a fallen angel? (sarcastically)
sent by god to save my life??
?no, I saw the modern devil
and I will become his wife?

now he knows she?s crazy
and so he says goodbye
?you?ll hear their voices and finally
you only want to die?

the people around got silent
her words filled up a lack
that was born by the violence
that forced him to look back

?I don?t know what they?re hidin
but they took every sense
I was damaged by my writing
and I?m still in their cruel hands?

but he turns around once again
wrapped in a brutal fright
and he hears the voice from his poems
?god damn, you know she?s right?

deeply yearning for awakening
to stop the screaming in his head
but a choir of their filthy laughin
unveils the wish of being dead
